Community Yard Sale

The Sena High Foundation is holding a Community Yard and Craft Sale on Saturday, May 6th from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Spaces are just $15 and are the size of a parking space. Purchase a space and bring all of your unwanted items to sell! You may keep your profits from your sales, or you may choose to donate them to the Sena High Foundation.
TELL YOUR FAMILY, NEIGHBORS, AND FRIENDS- THEY CAN BUY A SPACE TOO!
All funds raised will go to support student incentives, student activities, and to help Sena High expand their facility.

Principal's Message

I hope you all had a restful Spring Break.  The end of the school year is approaching and we have a number of activities ahead of us. 

Congratulations to our 11th grade students for completing SBA Science High School Graduation Competency Exam on March 6-7.  We will be receiving their results at the beginning of the next school year.  Our attendance was great!!  I know our students did great!

Short Cycle Assessments will be given the week of April 3rd.  This is the students’ opportunity to Beat their Score.  Students who increase their score and/or score proficient will be receiving awards at our End of Year Awards and BBQ.  Students will be sharing their results from their Fall, Winter & Spring assessment at SLCs. 

Spring Student Led Conferences (SLC) are on April the 12th & 13th.  Students and Advocates will be contacting you to set up their conference.  Students will not have regularly scheduled classes those two days but are required to conduct their SLC at their schedule appointment.  Students will be sharing their Next Step Plans, Progress and examples of their own work. 

Our last PAC meeting of the year will be held on April 19that 5:30pm.  We will be reviewing the 2017-18 school budget and planning for our Community yard Sale in May. 

We are accepting applications for enrollment for the 2017-18 school year.  If you know someone that would benefit from our great school please have them complete an application.

Summer School Registration

Get your registration packets for Summer School in ASAP! If we do not get enough students, we will need to cancel it! Don't forget that the summer session starts June 5th and goes through July 14th!

Governance Council Opening

Sena High currently has an immediate opening for a Governance Council member. This position is volunteer based. The meetings generally occur the last Tuesday of the month beginning at 5:05 pm.
